May 2002 saw a team from the Club holiday on the island of Luing. This is the story in pictures
At the broch On the odd occasion we landed on a shore.
The Man 'o War and the Enterprise hoping for wind in line astern formation.
The Enterprise on a run having caught some wind and making good use of it.
Giving in to calm conditions the Enterprise takes a tow as the wayfarer resorts to some outboard assistance.
Corrievreckan in slack water and with no wind to stir things up, an easy ride is had by all including the Waverley paddle steamer.
A relaxed run with goose-winged sails making good distance in the favourable conditions.
The wayfarer with Malcolm on a beat resplendent in his usual relaxed sailing style.
Man 'O War with Iain Waugh and his good lady enjoying the scenery till the wind returns.
Since this was taken, The man 'O war has found a new home in the shape of Gordon Friel, a new Club member. We all wish him well when it gets back on the water.
3 in a row resorting to the outboard again with the Enterprise in tow.
Since this photo sequence was taken, the road trailer for the Enterprise has been stolen from the boat compound. Anybody got any information that would lead to its recovery ??.
